When downloading table data with csv export functionality the delimiters / separators are fixed to use comma.

This leads to faulty syntax when trying to read csv files the columns are not identified correctly.

Expected:
Separators can we predefined in configuration as any character you like.

Also UTF-8 DOM encoding would be nice for CSV exports supporting multiple languages.
