Base status code is the one which is returned on <your_url>/something%0asomething.php. If it's 404, maybe there's some different regexp in the nginx's location block (like in #8), or maybe there's even no nginx + php-fpm at all.
The message says that the target is not vulnerable, or at least is not hackable by this exploit. Probably it is true.
