add new features in robo-speaker section

Hello, I'm GSSOC'23 contributor . In the robo-speaker folder there is a limited amount of features so I wanted to add features like male-women voices, multiple text inputs, audio saving in mp3 and speech rate to make it more appealing and efficient.
