Automatic reset of the scene after headset has been off for 2-3s #5

Basically we want a one-time setup and then people should just be able to go through the experience and hand the headset to someone else.

Technically, have to decide:

on-page reset (needle engine reset)
page reload + sessiongranted (kind of brittle)
