feat: map secrets name to 1:1

I would like to keep the env variable name as fastify.secrets's keys.

I think it would be nice to support this syntax:

  fastify.register(FastifySecrets, {
    secrets: ['PG_PASS']
  })

At the moment, the array creates a fastify.sercrets['0'] property
