Done:

• Onboarded @nagisa to the team!
• Fixed potential O(n^2)-like attack to Wasmer intrinsics logic
• Fixed potential overflow in gas counting
• Upgraded nearcore to wasmer version with intrinsified gas counting
• Estimated the new gas cost to be: 274_252 (not multiplied by safety multiplier)
• Fuzz tests the new gas counter
• Fixed intermittent build failures when building test contracts

In Progress:

• Reflecting reduce gas cost in a corresponding protocol change
