This week, we finished a refactoring of the EVM contract, began integrating the ETH connector with the EVM contract, added tests to validate timelocked EVM contract upgradability, and continued work on accelerating cryptographic functions needed by the EVM contract.
Next week, we are planning to finish integrating the ETH connector with the EVM contract, begin ingesting the Eth1 Goerli testnet through the EVM Bully stress-testing tool, and continue troubleshooting still failing Balancer tests with the new EVM contract.

Finished the refactor and upgrade of the EVM contract:

Working on upstreaming SputnikVM enhancements.

Began implementing the no_std ETH connector contract:
- Worked around ethabi's lack of no_std support.
- Continuing to implement no_std support, expecting to finish the task next week.

Continued work on the EVM Bully:
- Implemented transaction signing and sending.
- Troubleshooting transactions rejected by nearcore.
