Unfortunately as of now there is no porting guide describing what needs to be changed to make KWin scripts work with Plasma 6, so it will take me some time to figure it out. Sorry about that. It is planned though.

Thanks, wasn't aware of that. Apparently it's not quite finished yet though and they are planning to publish a complete version to the scripting tutorial at develop.kde.org soon.

Not really because Plasma widgets work quite differently, but someone kindly already did the work and opened a pull request so I'll take a look at that.
