class tree missing expand icon for all classes in the root for ICD10CM

When browsing the ICD10CM ontology (ontologies/ICD10CM?p=classes), there’s no plus/expand icon for root terms, making it impossible to navigate to child terms from the root. However, if you navigate directly to a child term, the tree suddenly appears correctly with the expand icons.
