Share outlier detection results with DES data release group at NCSA

Gautham Narayan (UIUC) reached out after the SMD AI/ML meeting asking about the DES results because his group is the lead for the DES data releases at NCSA and he is interested in including the DES results in future data releases. He asked if we could share a list of objects found by DORA/algs in prior work but not by humans in the DES.

He said he would follow up but haven't heard back, can wait until we have DORA results or reach out to him with ADAS paper and results from prior work.
