EPS SIM Slow to Connect in Standalone

Issue with EPS Checkout, possibly other checkouts, where sims seem slow to connect to 42, and both get stuck listening a while before they connect. May be an issue with some other checkouts, but isn't seem with some others.

EPS Seems to be malfunctioning in general:
