Basecall using a Custom Model?

Hello,

I have a trained kmer model which I have formatted according to ONT kmer_models repository (compatible with bonito). I want to use my model to basecall fast5 files without any further training. ONT support directed me to bonito however after installation, it appears I can only use pretrained models (bonito download --models –show) to basecall.

Can I import my own model or adjust the bonito basecaller command to use it?
