Asciidoctor issue 2982 asciidoctor/asciidoctor#2982 indicates that we are no longer permitted to elide the .adoc suffix. As a consequence of this, all of our man pages need to be converted to include .adoc -- this is necessary to be able to use asciidoctor versions >= 1.5.7.
