这个问题会导致一致性的问题产生

我是用的nacos-sdk-go 1.14版本

为什么要避免查询缓存，当实例注销后，缓存是会更新的

因为 我看v1版本的sdk 缓存更新是 完全依赖于订阅监听 这个延迟本地测试在10s左右 实在是有点高

我也遇到发现不了服务的问题，版本也是1.14
