Is this package dead?

The last commit for this package was in 2018, and this package seems to be unusable for fairly new versions of Jest.

There are at least 3 open issues about this Jest incompatibility (see #41, #38 and #36), and 2 open pull requests that attempt to fix this issue (see #42 and #39).

@mzgoddard has not commented on any of the aforementioned issues or pull requests, and has not provided any feedback on how to get it working.

If the package is dead, please let us know so work on a fork can begin.

If it isn't, please let us know. I would like to use this package with a recent version of Jest.

I appreciate the work that has gone into this package, and I understand that I'm not owed anything. Thanks to @mzgoddard and everyone else who had a hand in making this package! I hope this issue does not come across as mean or entitled.

@jonesnc I found that @mtgroup/jest-webpack is npm installable and is working for me so far.
