Data structure proposal:
spectra_count|list of spectra ids<int[]>|list of peaks counts<int[]>|mz values<float32Or64[]>|int values<float32Or64[]>|additional vectors

Additional vectors might be:

peaks HWHMs
ion mobility information (drift time)
any other signal information (background, noise level...)
