add bar label for histplot

data = ['a', 'b', 'a', 'b', 'a']
sns.histplot(data, stat='percent')

I'm trying to add the label on the top of each bar and find this on SO, but it seems like the ax.containers return by hisplot is different than barplot. Is there an easy way to add the label so that I don't have to do value_counts(normalize=True) all over again...
