Translate first line of Tyndale Notes

This is a trivial error to fix. For uW notes we skip the first line, which is the column headers. Tyndale notes don't have that line so, instead, we're skipping the first note (for Gen 1:1).

At the very least, we should remove the offending line of code from the Tyndale script. In the longer term we should make "does the TSV have headers" a config option.
