Home Assistant integration for Music Assistant 2.0

MVP - not all features are fully implemented yet but all basic functionality should be working.

NOTE: requires a running Music Assistant (2.0) Server in your network. If you are running Home Assistant add-on, the server will be auto installed as an add-on for you.
