No force api versions with Helm-x

Hello,

Some charts like Victoria Metrics Operator use capabilities to determine the API version. But by default with template with Helm-x not use latest api version in cluster. We have false results as a result

For this we would need to be able to pass the APIversion as it is done in Helmfile to allow the plugin to choose the version to use.
