Create distributable .css file

I'm interested in hearing thoughts on this since it seems to conflict with issue #30. Also, one of the ideas was to allow customization through overriding less variables in custom-variables.less rather than having to override them in css.

It looks like there's a material design css framework here: https://github.com/Dogfalo/materialize
That may be a better option than to try to extract the css from this project.
