Summary

The navbar in Material UI currently features a hover effect, but it doesn't change the color of the link text upon hovering. I propose enhancing the hover effect to include a color change for better visual feedback and user interaction.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Material UI website.
Observe the navbar at the top of the page.
Hover over any of the links in the navbar.

Expected Behavior:
When hovering over a navbar link, the text color should change to indicate interactivity.
