[Autocomplete] Dropdown icon is moved to left

Current Behavior 😯

I think dropdown icon should be located to right.

Expected Behavior 🤔

I think it should be switched placehold and icon.
<--edit--> I found related issue. If you have a plan fix it, I want to do this

Steps:

1. visit https://material-ui.com/components/autocomplete/#multiple-values
2. move Fixed options
3. select "The Shawshank Redemption" and "The Godfather: Part 2"
