Tailwind Config Changes Not Reflected w/ NPM Run Dev

Hey man,

Thanks so much for doing this. Very helpful! Having just one issue with this: changes that I make to tailwind.js (the config file) are not reflected when executing NPM Run Dev. I have some custom height modification and such in there. I've double checked the public CSS output files and it's just not being added. I've copied everything pretty much verbatim. Any thoughts?
