PickerCell TitleColor is also the TextColor of the PickerDialog

Hello,

When setting the PickerCell TitleColor, this also applies to the PickerDialog Text Color itself.
Sometimes tough this is not desired as the TitleColor may need to be white, whereas the text in the picker dialog itself should be black.

Can you split this Property off into its own filed? Or make some other Property apply to the Pickerdialog TextColor e.g. HintTextColor or ValueTextColor

I consider implementing own properties for a PickerDialog.
