Feature request: support non-inkscape svg's #22

I have a non-Inkscape svg. Inkscape doesn't even want to open it. I'm on OSX and Inkscape is hardly workable there.

Would like to just make it silkscreen top or bottom, the whole thing. Seems the underlying svg parser lib supports it just fine?
