When stopping and restarting mSupply mobile during initialising phase make mobile pull records prematurely

Describe the bug

It seems that if I stop mobile before the initialisation phase is completed and restart it . It starts pulling out records straight away before it finishes initialising and for the three times I tried, the total number of records to pull out were different.

When I open mSupply I have many fields that displays "Placeholder".

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Connect to mSupply cloud from mobile
2. When initialising phase starts stop mSupply mobile
3. restart mSupply and put URL and Site credentials again
4. See error. Mobile starts pulling records and each time you try the total number of records to pull is different
5. When all the records have been pulled. open mSupply and see that there is many fields which says Placeholder

Expected behaviour

I think re-initialisation should probbalement pick up where it was when stopping mSupply mobile or restart anew (However the sync records created during the previous will needs to be deleted I suppose
