Z axis doesn't reachs 250mm - or around there. #1281

After more testing, if I move the z-axis in small intervals, I can reach the top (or at least the max it can reach) without any problems. |

The Z-Axis won't go all the way up .
It reaches around 200mm - 210mm and it just hangs making a grinding sound..
It's not a mechanical problem, nor is the axis stuck somewhere because I can turn the motor by hand.
What could it be ?
