Audio capture in discord screen share (MacOS 15)

After upgrading to MacOS 15, I have this weird issue with screen share in discord:

• when it's launched from command line with no additional flags, audio cannot be captured.
• when the app is launched from bundle (set mpv.app as default player and double click the file), audio can be captured.

This issue didn't exist in MacOS 14 so I don't know if this is due to apple something else. My audio related config is just:
