Split the "App settings" settings category into two

Currently, the settings menu has an "App settings" category which covers accessibility and app behaviour settings. I feel like it would be better to split these into "Accessibility" and "Behavior" categories since "App settings" is a bit of an ambiguous name for the category, plus it would probably make it a bit easier for others to find those settings.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Remove the "App settings" category and create separate categories for accessibility settings (Haptics, GIF autoplay, and mandatory ALT text) and for the "General" section of the App settings category.
