Review and integrate Webmaker activity

One of our contributors from Indonesia created an activity based on our own and some in-the-field feedback and experience.

Would love to integrate it where possible.

@secretrobotron, since that's on Thimble, would it work to splash the link at the bottom of the template-based activity with copy like, "Remix this Webmaker Android App storytelling activity for your community with Thimble!?"

@secretrobotron, the page that looks like the other activity pages, rather than the remix which looks like an old-Thimble Teaching Kit. Like http://mozilla.github.io/webmaker-curriculum/MobileWeb/design-webmaker-project.html.

Also, I will ask if we can splash that link and copy at the end of the activity - should be easy to do FTW.
