Attach (recommended) or Link to PDF file here: https://github.com/sameerg10/PDFTest/blob/master/NOT-RENDERING.pdf

Configuration:

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Open the pdf image at https://github.com/sameerg10/PDFTest/blob/master/NOT-RENDERING.pdf (Could not upload directly to this issue) using the PDFJS demo (https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/viewer.html).
*Note that I used an external service to convert a DOCX file to PDF and the above file is the converted PDF file. Another file that was converted using the same service renders correctly and was an original JPG image. This file renders fine in both Chrome and IE and the url is: https://github.com/sameerg10/PDFTest/blob/master/RENDERING.pdf

  2. Notice that image doesn't render and only displays blank PDF

What is the expected behavior?
Expected behavior is to render the image correctly (the same way it does in Chrome).
*Note that opening the image locally using the standard Adobe plugin results in no failed rendering.

What went wrong?
PDF does not render correctly. Blank white canvas displayed instead.

Solution:
disable "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*" in Internet Options > Advanced.
I believe this, in conjunction with fix #9900 solved the issue.
