create tags on pypi release #30

We haven't really addressed release issues for datazilla_client. We should probably do this for all (at least github) python projects namely:

bump python package version in setup.py
tag this version in VCS
push -> pypi

Sadly, there is no github UI for tagging. We should probably have a script to do this nonsense.

Script or no, the how to do this should be documented, probably in the README as we have no other project documentation currently.
