Build error and RViz Launch error #923

Description

I get a build error after following the guide on the moveit website:
https://moveit.picknik.ai/main/doc/tutorials/getting_started/getting_started.html#create-colcon-workspace
I tried to launch RViz using the demo in the tutorials file, and it launched and crashed a few seconds later.
Building the work space a second time seems to fix the build error.

Your environment

ROS Distro: Humble
OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
I followed the instructions in the link provided above in order to download and install moveit.

Expected behaviour

I expected RViz to not crash a couple seconds after launching it
