[Events] Native behavior on Enter when hovering an option

Currently

When the user hovers over an option in the dropdown and presses Enter the dropdown closes but the hovered option does not get selected.

Wanted

Native behavior (at least in Chrome/Mac):

• Option gets selected
• Dropdown closes

i would double check the native behavior across devices... hover w/ the mouse then hit enter feels odd, but if that's generally native then totally 👍
