Can't get the modern look of context menu with Shell registered

When I register Shell (with empty config or with the theme name="modern") I always get the classic look. When I unregister Shell, the modern look is back.

How can I use Shell with the modern look? Based on the screenshots, that should be possible, maybe even default behaviour.

In my case I have the classic look and when I register Shell it shows the modern (Win11) and when I unregister it properly falls back to the classic.

So you might take a look at the shell.log inside the installation folder for any message.

Nonetheless, In imports/theme.nss you should have name = "modern" and this file should be imported in shell.nss

Thanks for your reply. I have both the name in theme.nss and theme.nss in shell.nss, nothing suspicious in the log and still classic look.

However, the problem I needed to solve with this app has meanwhile disappeared, so I don't personally need a solution to this anymore.
