Arguments not passed

It looks like this action does not pass args like the custom config file to the container. According to https://docs.github.com/en/actions/creating-actions/creating-a-docker-container-action#creating-an-action-metadata-file you need to add it as args in the docker build so the environment variables are available inside the docker container

@morphy2k, perhaps we can close this issue as you fixed #156.

I forgot that. This issue refers to the old codebase. #156 was first introduced with the new codebase (>=v2.7.0) and did not exist in the old one.

Incidentally, it is not necessary to pass the input as arguments. All inputs are automatically passed as environment variables.
