The change of card hasn't any affect
I can choose 0,1,2 every time playing over Laptops Box

Also if i choose mixer = alsamixer or software has only effect in the iris panel

If you are configuring software mixing, you are not using our alsamixer. But anyway, the alsamixer is a mixer I.e. for volume control. If you want to change what output device Mopidy uses that's nothing to do with volume mixing. Is that the problem here? It is not clear. If so, take a look on the user forum for examples of how to configure your alsasink device setting.
