I wrote: Yes, I made a mistake in the notebook in the video. It should be C.orient_body_fixed(B, (q4, q5, 0), 'XZX')

It doesn't seem possible to add annotation text overlays via the youtube video editor. I could add the fix locally and then reupload the video to a new url.
