If the BLE is connected to the iPhone (and that connection stays up) the battery will drain in the matter of hours, even if it's not used.
I think it might be because the iPhone constantly queries the power level of the BLE. (That's also inconsistent btw. iOS is reporting 33% battery left while Moolticute is at 0%):
