Add support for NIP-DID #110

Hello @monlovesmango ,

I just created a NIP, temporarily called NIP-DID, combining Nostr Keys and Decentralized Names.

I believe this can improve the user experience when we share our public key to follow people & get followed.

Is there any possibility that astral can implement this?

And, of course, this NIP may have some room to improve. It would be great if you could share some ideas on the proposal.
