design: as Armadillo node I want UI and backend to automatically update my profiles (get feedback in Bonn)

Currently updating profiles involves manually contacting each cohort and asking them to update. We want to implement a flow whereby admins are notified when an update to packages is available and they have the option to accept the update, and it will be installed automatically.
