As a user when I drag elements to new locations, I want smaller items so that I can more easily place items where I would like them to go.

Full-page Elements can obscure too many things and are error-prone to place. Ideally, it would be sized similarly as when you drag Elements from the sidebar.

zoom isn't working reliably for sites. need to transform: scale(0.3) it instead.
