Insert link in ie gives me error 404

Hey guys, I am facing a very unfortunate culprit right now in internet explorer. I seems like I am unable to insertlink through the modxlink button.

I have tried most of the solution

if someone could help me track the problem and/or try to recreate the problem, it would be amazing

I believe this is a bug that came up with TinyMCE when MODX was updated to 2.2.12. We did not have reports of it until the last update. I can reproduce it.
