[Feature] Ability to store vector index to pinecone or local storage

Now all vector index only temporary. Can we make an options to save it to our local storage or another vector index like pinecone ?

Was thinking of making an extension to add in chromadb local storage for the vector store, any thoughts? @quangnhut123
