This will avoid:

Warning: ansible-lint is no longer tested under Python 3.8 and will soon require 3.9. Do not report bugs for this version.

This looks like it's provided by the underlying image quay.io/mmul/kpa-marp-pandoc right? Where is that image pushed from?
We could resolve this either at the base layer (mmul/kpa-marp-pandoc) or enforce versions in this layer by providing a requirements.txt file.

Adding a requirements.txt file with pinned ansible and ansible-lint versions will also help Dependabot and co send us updates.
