Reddit allowed you to "subscribe" to a post/comment and be notified when someone replies to it. Lemmy doesn't have this yet. We could potentially provide this service if we had an Mlem backend server (#1313).

(Maybe to avoid confusion it would be better to call this "Watch" rather than "Subscribe")
