Description/Context

api7.ai isn't providing any value to us at the moment so we should decommission it and stop spending money on it.

Plan/Design

  1. pulumi down all the stacks.
  2. Open PR to remove the code.
  3. Disable account in the UI and confirm no more billing charges after current cycle.
