Problem using VESC 6 Plus

I am building my own MIT Racecar using a Slash 4x4 Traxxas Racing Edition and VESC 6 Plus.
I am using also the forked repository https://github.com/RacecarJ/vesc/tree/VESC6 (branch: VESC6)
Everything are working fine, but the only problem is that sometimes the motor produces a squeaking noise without knowing why is this happening. Sometimes it stops with a small push forward of the joystick sometimes it totally stuck and throttle/brake never work again.
Searching through rostopic i plot /vesc/sensors/core and i found fault code which gains some integer values, but i haven't found any comments about what each value means. (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.)
Has any of you some comment or advice of how to encounter this problem? Is it something serious because it seems pretty random. Both softwarewise and hardwarewise.
