…fork (pythonGH-112336) (pythonGH-123688) HEAD_LOCK is called from _PyEval_ReInitThreads->_PyThreadState_DeleteExcept before _PyRuntimeState_ReInitThreads reinit runtime->interpreters.mutex which might be locked before fork.
